The Breeder and Buyer are collectively referred to as the "parties"

The parties to this Agreement have read, understand and agree to the  terms and conditions as follows:

The Buyer has enclosed, with a signed copy of this agreement, a non-refundable deposit

in the amount of $200.00 (which will be deducted from price of puppy upon purchase)

In consideration of the Buyer's deposit, the Breeder will place the Buyer on her waiting

list with an option to buy a puppy of the following desired preference:

from the current litter or the next available litter.

The "next available litter" is defined as a litter containing two or more

puppies.

A puppy will be offered to the Buyer based upon his/her position on the waiting list.

If there are not sufficient puppies available, the Buyer will move up on the waiting list for a subsequent litter. While the final purchase price can not be determined until the litter is evaluated, the Breeder agrees that the price shall not exceed (and may fall below) the price of

$1100.00 for toy size 4-7 lbs _____ or $1500.00 for Tiny_____ (under four pounds adult).

Upon acceptance of an offer to buy a puppy, the Seller reserves the right

to void this agreement if this sale is determined not to be in the best

interest of the puppy. The purchaser will provide basic information on the type of home to be provided:
